The Football Association of Zambia on Tuesday cancelled the friendly match between its national team, Chipolopolo, and the Bafana Bafana of South Africa.
This follows xenophobic attacks against foreigners by South African mobs in parts of the country.
Though adequate preparations had been made for the friendly to hold at the Heroes Stadium in the Zambian capital, Lusaka, on Saturday, the association cancelled it in protest at the attacks.
