United States Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, on Monday bday said President Donald Trump invited the Taliban terrorist group to a meeting at the Camp David presidential resort as a means of finding lasting peace in Afghanistan.
The Taliban has been responsible for thousands of deaths in Afghanistan and continues to hold onto swathes of territory and terrorise the people.
