CEO of United Bank for Africa in Burkina Faso, Noellie Tiendrebeogo, has called on women all over the world to take their pride of place as leaders.
In a post on UBA Group’s Instagram page, she said women in leadership positions make “excellent leaders.”
Noellie was described as the first female MD of a bank in Burkina Faso and “a seasoned banker and great achiever.”
Her words: “Being a woman is not a handicap. On the contrary, there are studies that have shown that women in leadership do excellently well as they can be very accommodating and have the capacity to lead and mobilise people around them.”
