4 ripe bananas
2 tbsp. strawberry jam
4 c. crushed cornflakes
FOR SERVING
2 tbsp. smooth peanut butter
4 tbsp. water
Sliced fresh mango (optional)

DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, mash bananas with jam until smooth. Fold in crushed cornflakes until completely combined. Transfer to a loaf pan and cover with a plate. Let sit until cornflakes are completely softened, 3 to 4 hours.
In a medium bowl, stir together peanut butter and water until smooth.
Drizzle with peanut sauce and serve with fresh mango, if desired.
