Queen Elizabeth tests positive for Coronavirus

British monarchy, Queen Elizabeth II, was on Saturday confirmed to have tested positive for Coronavirus.

The palace broke the news in a statement that ran thus: “HMQ has also tested positive and is currently self-isolating at Windsor Castle. The Queen came into contact with the PM on the 11th March and is following all the appropriate advice with regards to her welfare”.

“We will be sharing constant updates of the Queen’s welfare with the public in good fate. That will be all for now.”

Her son and heir to the throne, Prince Charles, had tested positive for Coronavirus some days ago just like the British Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

There are speculations that the Queen may have contracted it from Johnson at a March 11, 2020 face to face meeting.
