Supreme Court on Monday shifted its decision on the review of its January 14, 2020 judgment ousting Mr. Emeka Ihedioha of the Peoples Democratic Party as the Governor of Imo State till Tuesday March 3, 2020.
The apex court had earlier fixed Monday March 2, 2020 for the review.
But it surprisingly again changed the date.
It had ordered that votes from 388 polling units claimed by the All Progressives Congress governorship candidate, Hope Uzodinma, be added to the final tally for the March 9, 2019 poll.
As a result, Uzodinma came tops from fourth position and was declared winner of the poll.
The apex court did not state how the figures were arrived at despite a protest by the Independent National Electoral Commission that the results tendered by Uzodinma did not emanate from it.
The apex court had lambasted INEC for not providing the authentic results.
It also moved its review of the declaration of PDP as the winner of all the Zamfara State elections to Friday.
