If sleep seems to be to far fetched for you read this.

Many busy professionals like you have a difficult time sleeping.

Sleeping medications, supplements and many other suggestions
have not helped.

They’ve not helped because, they all need time to get adjusted
to your system and to work.

Unfortunately you also don’t have the time to wait for them to work.

So you end up in a vicious cycle of trying this today, and then that
tomorrow with no lasting solution to the problem.

A simple routine may just be the solution.

Here it is:

– Get 15- 20 minutes of sunlight in the morning
– Take a magnesium supplement
– Avoid screens an hour before going to bed
– Regular resistance training
– Eat a diet low in sugars
