Heightened security is expected in Lagos on Tuesday as President Muhammadu Buhari visits the state to open some projects.
According to a security advisory, Buhari is expected to open the new international terminal of Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Ikeja before proceeding by heoicophel to Lekki area of the state.
He is expected to open Dangote fertiliser plant as well as Lekki deep seaport.
Thereafter, he will return to the airport by helicopter and fly out of the state.
The advisory stated that persons with early flights should arrive the airport before 5am or have them rescheduled.
Also, heavy traffic is expected on Lekki-Epe Expressway even as users of the road have been advised to make necessary arrangements to avoid the gridlock.
