Massive turnout is being recorded in the Edo State governorship election holding today.
Across the state, voters turned out to exercise their franchise.
There were reports of attempts by party agents to bribe electoral officers but this was strongly resisted by voters.
Also, security presence was not ss widespread as promised by the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, as some ‘foreigners’ were sighted in a part of the state in an undisclosed mission.
The electorate conducted themselves in an orderly manner.
