Special Adviser on Drainage and Water Resources to Governor Babajide Sanwo- Olu of Lagos State, Joe Igbokwe, has said the Anambra State former First Lady, Ebelechuwku Obiano, got “what she wanted” for allegedly attacking Bianca, the widow of the late Biafran leader, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu, at the venue of the swearing-in of Prof Chukwuma Soludo as governor of the state.
Also, nollywNoldiva, Kate Henshaw, and On Air Personality, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, have expressed shock at the incident.
Ebelechukwu fought Bianca at the venue of the inauguration of Soludo as governor of the state.
The reason for the clash had yet to be ascertained as of the time of filing this report.
But it was gathered that after Soludo was sworn in, Ebelechukwu walked to where Bianca was seated to enquire why she was attending an APGA event, and immediately, both women engaged themselves in a fisticuff.
The unfortunate spectacle drew the attention of security agents and some personalities who pulled Mrs Obiano off the hold of Bianca who was visibly shocked at the action.
But reacting to the incident, Igbokwe, who is a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Lagos State, said Ebelechukwu deserved the slap from Bianca.
“See the shame. Mrs Obiano went to confront and abuse Bianca Ojukwu, and she got what she wanted. A big lesson to all,” Igbokwe wrote on his Facebook page.
For her part, Henshaw mocked Ebelechukwu Obiano.
The popular actress spoke shortly after the inauguration of the new State Governor, Prof. Charles Soludo, on Thursday.
Henshaw mocked the dress Ebelechukwu wore to the inauguration of Soludo.
The actress, who described Obiano’s pink dress as Pink Panther, noted that Bianca, the widow of Biafra warlord, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu, was dressed beautifully for the occasion.
This comes few hours after it was reported that Ojukwu and Obiano got into a fight during Soludo’s inauguration.
While asking a questions about the fight in a tweet on Thursday, Henshaw wrote: “You can’t even blink on this street…something will just happen.
“My fellow Women, please what video did I just see?
“Nah who dey wear that pink feathered outfit.
“Warriss really going on?
“Summary please not epistle.”
Responding to Henshaw’s question, a follower said: “Ebele Obiano (pink Panther) walked to where Lady Bianca was seated, said rubbish, Lady Bianca stood up and bless her with a slap.
“It’s the way they bundled her to her husband’s seat and the bobo no look her side.”
In another tweet, Henshaw wrote: “Pink Panther,” and followed it up with a laugh emoji, while hailing Ojukwu.
She wrote: “Chai Bianca is beautiful sha….very beautiful…that’s my tweet.”
Show host and media personality, Ebuka Uchendu, also reacted to the fight.
Uchendu tweeted: “The media failed me today.
“Watched the swearing-in from start o finish and I no see slap.
“Who will I sue?
“Wen trouble sleep, Yanga go wake am, na wetin e dey fiiiiind.”
