Supreme Court dismisses Ondo gov’s appeal

The Supreme Court n Friday dismissed an appeal brought by Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, challenging a Court of Appeal, Abuja decision for an All Progressives Congress governorship aspirant, Segun Abraham, to serve him court processes by substituted service.

The appeal court had upheld the decision of a Federal High Court in Abuja for Abraham to serve him the processes of this suit challenging the outcome of the party’s governorship primaries in Ondo State.

Justuce John Okoro in the lead judgment of the five-man panel of read by Justice Ejembi Eko upheld the decision of the appeal court and awarded N500,000 cost in favour of Abraham.
