Borno State Governor, Prof Umaru Zulum, has been caught on camera dozing during the Tokyo International Conference on African Development holding in Yokohama, Japan.
Though the actual session where he was caught dozing was not stated, he was dsleeoing beside Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, who was listening with rapt attention.
The photo has attracted snide comments on social media.
President Muhammadu Buhari and a number of African leaders are also attending the conference.
