President Muhammadu on Monday listed some ‘conditions’ for lifting the ban on Twitter.
He had placed a ban on the microblogging site on Thursday after it deleted his genocidal tweet against Igbos.
The tweet attracted widespread condemnation, forcing Twitter to delete it.
Facebook followed suit, though the Buhari regime has yet to respond to its action.
Speaking at a meeting with western diplomats, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, said the site must stop being used to promote criminality and insecurity.
It is not yet known how Twitter would respond to such strange conditions, being a global private concern.
