Atiku endorses Okonjo-Iweala for WTO job







Former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar on Saturday endorsed an erstwhile Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala’s bid to become the next director-general of the World Trade Organisation.

He was reacting to a video uploaded by the former minister on Twitter on her plans for the office.

In a tweet, Atiku said: “I, Atiku Abubakar, endorse this message. Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala’s experience and the enormous related works she has done confirms without equivocation that her leadership shall be a blessing to @wto and the world. -AA”
