Anambra billionaire, Ebuka Okafor, announces 2020 empowerment for widows, less privileged

Anambra State-born billionaire and Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Vixa Pharmaceuticals, Sir Ebuka Okafor, on Monday unveiled the programme for the 2020 edition of his annual empowerment of widows and the less privileged.

A programme of events released by the philanthropist, who hails from Nnobi in Idemili South Local Government Area, stated that this year’s edition slated for December 29, 2020, would be tagged: ‘Making Impact.’

The programme will begin with a thanksgiving service would hold at All Saints Anglican Church in Eziora-Ifite village, Ebenesi-Nnobi from 9am till noon.

Thereafter, the event would shift to his palatial country home in the same village.

From noon till 3pm, there will be empowerment of widows and the less privileged, free medical checkup and treatment and distribution of food items.
