A photograph emerged on Thursday of Bayelsa State Governor, Duoye Diri, taking a Coronavirus test after initially denying having contact with two infected Nigerian government officials.

Reports had said that Diri went into self-isolation after it was confirmed that the Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, Abba Kyari, and Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, had been infected with the virus.

He denied having an contact with both men but a photograph has emerged of him sitting beside Mohammed at the meeting if the Nigerian Governors’ Forum last week in Abuja.
