Princess Jolade Osho, a childless widow who was adopted by Erelu Bisi Fatemi, wife of Ekiti State Governor Kayode Fayemi last year, has died aged 105.

The governor’s wife had heard about her destitute state in Ikere-Ekiti and rented and furnished an apartment for the old woman.

However, witnesses said Osho who lost her husband and children in the course of her life, woke up as usual on Monday morning, took pap and then died some hours later around 2pm.

Her burial rites are expected to begin on Tuesday (today).
