Federal Road Safety Corps has warned road users to expect heavy traffic on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway on Sunday August 26, 2018.
This is due to the expected laying of beams for the pedestrian bridge at Ibafo.
The FRSC advisory issued on Thursday reads: "This is to inform the Motoring Public that there will be temporary traffic diversion on the Lagos – Ibadan Expressway around Ibafo bus stop in Ogun State in the early morning hours of Sunday 26 August 2018 to enable the construction company building the pedestrian bridge being constructed by the Ogun State Government to erect the beams of the pedestrian bridge.
"The Federal Road Safety Corps Ogun State Sector Commander Clement Oladele has advised motorists to bear with the inconveniences of the temporary diversion and cooperate with the FRSC patrol team assisted by sister traffic agencies that will be strategically deployed to control the diverted traffic.
