Nigerian Army nabs alleged Boko Haram’s fuel suppliers

The. Nigerian Army has arrested two suspected suppliers of fuel to Boko Haram terrorists.

A statement by army spokesman, Brig-Gen. Texas Chukwu, reads: “Troops of 301 Artillery Regiment (General Support)  have arrested two suspected Boko Haram Terrorists fuel suppliers in Nafada, Gombe State.

2. The two suspects are one Mohammed Adamu Zika, a driver and  Bukar Adamu Haji, assistant station manager in one of the fuel station in Gombe State while other accomplice is at large.

3. The two suspects are currently undergoing interrogation and will be handed over to the appropriate authority for prosecution.

4. It would be recalled that all fuel stations within Nafada general area were warned against selling large quantities of fuel to motorists
