Happy New Year to you and yours.
We drove from Lagos to Enugu yesterday January 8th, and stopped at Asaba,.
It is physically depressing.
Nothing along the way to show the country is doing anything new to spark its huge potential.
Nigerians believe they are doing well based on their awful and narrow scope of what matters – “doing as they wish” – freedom on steroids and in a wilderness.
The land uses are evidence of chaos and uncharted clutter of uses that tells any unprepared eyes this is raging hell.
When land uses are not well planned and enforced, it is an undeniable evidence of irredeemable leadership.
It is not about what is built and what they are used for. But how they are built, and how the aggregation of uses create sgnergies to foster enhanced collective benefits and delivery of high standards of living for people.
Chant, cheer and sing about “Nigeria We Hail Thee”, right before Nigerians is daily raging hell occasioned by leadership prone to PIMP-ing.
Hang in there if you have strong hangers. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
The problem, there is no tunnel and therefore, expecting light at its end is deceitful. Again, the sun shall rise from the West just claim it by shouting and screaming “In-Jesus-Name”. Why not? With Jesus+God, everything is possible.
