Six kidnapped Lagos pupils released

Over two months after they were kidnaoped from their school, six students of Lagos State Model College Igbonla were released on Friday.
The six – Yusuf Farouk, Ramon Isiaka, Pelumi Philips, Peter Jonas, Adbanjo George and Judah Agbaosi were seized from their hostels – Yellow and Green houses – on May 25, by gunmen dressed in police uniform.
Their parents had reportedly paid N31 million ransom but the gunmen still held them.
They are said to have been freed on the intervention of Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredoklu.
